Nicole Ritchie can do no wrong in my book. She’s stylish, sophisticated, youthful, trendy, classic. You name it, and she’s been it. She tries all the latest trends, but sticks with what she loves best. The girl loves Balenciaga. She’s been photographed countless times carrying various Balenciaga Motorcycle styles. She seems to prefer this Black Motorcycle City bag the most. I can’t blame her. It’s the signature Balenciaga color and style.

What I love most about this bag is its’ leather. There is simply no other comparable handbag leather out there (with all due respect to Chanel, Hermes, yadda yadda…). These bags are trendy yet classic. For those that claim Bbags are “out”, I say “Not on your life”. Quality never goes out of style. Period. Ms. Ritchie knows this as much as I do.

Just after I eyed Paris Hilton’s silver metallic 2.55, Mischa Barton’s gorgeous black charm version makes an appearance on the runway! Mischa looks fantastic in that pale silk and the golden charms that drape across her back. Her accessories are black from head to toe (literally - I’m sure thats the highly covetable Chanel Black Satin nail polish she’s sporting), including gorgeous black pumps and of course, the Chanel 2.55. Her version boasts delicate Chanel charms nested between the signature quilting, and a slide latch clasp.

Check out the beautiful glittering Chanel logos integrated in the lambskin. Its a wonderful touch of glam for the red carpet - but if ever going to get my own 2.55, I think it might be too much for repeated use.

Chanel bags are notoriously difficult to find online, and Bag Borrow or Steal is about as close as you’ll ever get to mouse-clicking your way this particular one. Toted all over the place, from red carpet events to quick lunches at the Ivy and grocery store trips, the Chanel Classic 2.55 Quilted Bag is a must-have bauble for any It Bag collector. In particular, the metallic silver as seen on Paris at is an especially worthwhile investment - hey, if you’re going to spend big bucks, you want to be able to take it to the most glam of places! Bag Borrow or Steal has this baby available for US$120 a week. I’m not a huge proponent of renting handbags, but if you must have it, even for a little while, here it is.

Sure many people have had work done, but not everyone that has had some ‘alterations’ turns into a total wax doll with absolutely no facial expression, movement, or charisma. So welcome empty Ashlee Simpson to the scene. Almost resembling a wax doll, the living-in-the-shadow-not-really-a-singer-merely-a-sister-of-a-celebrity stepped out in LA sporting a stunning YSL Patent Tribute Tote. Ashlee is a huge fan of YSL bags and has been seen carrying a few before, but now she has switched to the YSL Patent Leather Tribute Tote. At least the bag is chic. This version sports a crocodile like quilted patent leather with gold tone hardware. Available via Saks for $1195.

The gal many know as the Heroes star, who I merely remember as the rowdy little girl from Remember the Titans, has really grown up. Looking posh Hayden Panettiere and her mother celebrated Mothers Day in NYC this past Sunday. They did not make it into brunch without being snapped a few times first, of course. Hayden was sporting a cute outfit and a great black bag. Can you Name that Bag?!

One of the most well-known celebrity kids is no stranger to the paparazzi. Living in Prague for a short time, the Jolie-Pitt’s having little Maddox enrolled in a Czech school there. On his way with hunky dad, Brad Pitt, Maddox garnered some paparazzi attention while sporting his typical laid back style and large backpack. Not that this is a designer bag, but it brings me back to the days of carrying a huge bag on my back with lots of books, notebooks, trapper keepers, etc to go learn and play ‘flush the toilet’ game at recess. Reminisce to the days of wearing a backpack, can you Name that Bag?!

Although I have never been pregnant, so I should not preach about preggers-looks, but the very-pregnant Salma Hayek is looking very-pregnant and a tad frumpy. But I will blame the hair on the humidity and the frumpy dress on maternity wear, so you are looking good preggy-Hayek. Salma brought it all together with her YSL Patent Leather Downtown Tote while shopping in Paris. The bag makes the outfit work, because it is after all sporting trendy patent leather in a great shape. Good luck to the expecting mom and love the bag! YSL Downtown Tote available via Saks.

Looks like Fiona, the terrible beautiful ogre from Shrek, is all smiles on her way to the Today Show. Sporting an itsy bitsy white shirt, tight jeans, a stunning designer handbag, and the Cameron Diaz infamous smile, Fiona made her way out and about the streets of Manhattan. If I were her I would probably be smiling too. Post-Timberlake break up, Cam has held herself together immaculately, including some chizzled arms, toned legs, killer abs, and great style (seriously did you see her pictures from the NYC Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala??! STUNNING). Chic and perfect, the shiny black bag Cameron is sporting has me drooling. Can you Name that Bag?!

If you could see me now, you would see me chuckling or on the verge of cackling thinking about Paris Hilton going to jail for 45 days. Be that as it may, I do not wish jail on anyone that does not deserve it, but it makes me laugh that Paris Hilton truly believes the system failed her. I hate when I get a DUI and am not allowed to drive, but do it anyway, and then have to go to jail. Life is sooooo unfair, cry! And Paris, word of wisdom from little old me, step away from the motorized vehicle, NOW! Not trying to taunt her, but this may be one of the last times we can play Name that Bag with Paris Hilton for 45 whole days. So let’s do it, can you name that bag?
