Fendi Striped Denim Spy Hobo

fendi striped denim spy hoboSome of you may be sick of hearing about the Spy, but alas there is a new Spy hobo for you to check out. Actually, while I am a huge Spy fan (I still love my honey!!) this bag makes me go cross-eyed. The Fendi Striped Denim Spy Hobo explodes my occipital lobe with blue-and-white striped denim. You know when there are those black/white or black/red pattern posters, fun houses, etc and you swear you get queasy just looking at it? Well that is how I feel about this bag (from the picture at least, maybe it person it is ok). The hobo is accented with a white woven leather shoulder strap with the Spy thorn-like knots and a thin leather braid which encircles the bag to hold the shape. What I like even less is the contrasting orange topstitching that is said to add a Western feel to a bag that I don’t think should be Western. Let’s just say this bag completely does not do it for me. On the inside you will find nothing other than matching striped denim lining with an interior patch pocket. Overall dimensions are 16″ x 10″ x 3.25″

You know those weeks where you are just so far behind you can barely handle it. Well let’s just say that the past 2 months have been that way for me! Yes, I know, I am being a bit dramatic but it surely has been really busy lately for me. Although I may be busy, I always have time for the bags. For Spring 2006 there is a new look by Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton. Let’s welcome the Louis Vuitton Pochette Accessoires which shows off the hip and trendy perforated monogram canvas with kidskin trim. The funky part of this bag is the front perforated flat pocket with fuchsia colored microfiber lining. As a side note, do any of you own microfiber? I fell in love with a microfiber couch and can not stop raving about microfiber! Back to the bag, there is a removable leather strap, golden brass hardware, a signature padlock and rivets on the front, and the bag finishes off with microfiber lining and a flat pocket. This cute little perforated accessory measures 8.5″ x 5.1″ x 2″

While so many of you are not fans of the Spy, me and my beloved Spy would like to introduce those of you who are Spy lovers to the newest editions to the family. Meet the Denim spy Family. While they are nothing like the leather Spy’s, they have a little bit of blue jean beauty to them. One of them I can see myself liking to wear here and there the other I only see myself really liking because the price is about $500 cheaper than what I paid. First we have the Fendi Striped Denim Spy Bag. Similar to the Marc bag I posted a few days ago, the new jean bag Spy shows off striped denim with contrast stitching and white woven leather trim and handles. There is the signature Spy snap flap closure with the hidden coin purse and denim lining. If you are casual chic, would you want to wear this bag which measures 10″H X 16″L X 5″W?

And then we find the Fendi Embroidered Denim Spy Bag which I could see myself wearing when I wanted to be most casual chic woman ever. this denim bag shows off silver embroidery and sequin detail and is also accented with white leather trim and handles. Just like the other Spy’s, this Spy has a flap closure along with a hidden coin purse. Open up to find multicolor canvas lining which adds a bit of fun. Sizing up a bit differently than its denim sister, this bag measures 9″H X 17″L X 6″W and is not as price friendly
